Dear SHRM Northern Nevada Friends,

Thank you for your continued support and engagement with SHRM Northern Nevada as we step into 2026. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as your Board President this year!

When I first discovered SHRMNN, it provided me with an invaluable opportunity to establish new connections, rekindle past relationships, and foster collaborations across various industries. While I received access to valuable resources and professional development tools, I also found a true sense of community.

As your President, my mission is to ensure that SHRMNN continues to be a place where you can build and strengthen your own community. I am committed to helping you form lasting relationships, discover new tools and resources, and provide you with a network of professionals who will support and empower you. My goal is to create an environment where you always feel supported and heard.

Our mission at SHRMNN is to serve the professional and advance the profession. This year, we are focused on delivering engaging, energizing sessions with a goal of tangible takeaways. These are tangible, actionable insights you can immediately implement in your workplace. We also encourage your active participation and feedback as we continue to evolve, and are working this year towards a more consistent platform for you to share your thoughts. Your voice is essential in shaping our direction, and we are here to listen, support, and grow with you.

In closing, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for all that you do. The dedication and passion you bring to your profession each and every day deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
