"Hiring and Developing Talent Based on Success Factor Models"

Looking for new ways to revamp your organization's talent management function?

Bill Bryan has developed several models for hiring and capacity building that assist HR and talent managers in understanding how people differ at different levels. Learn how specific personality factors can be identified to create individual, team, and organization success models to improve productivity and job satisfaction.

    Participants will learn:
    • A new way of designing jobs by employing the "Bartender Protocol"
    • How to create success factor models based on the Bartender Protocol results
    • How to enhance the core culture of an organization through the application of success models

We are back!  We are able to gather responsibly at the Atlantis Resort!  We will follow Nevada guidelines and CDC recommendations, so face coverings will be required and seating will follow distancing guidelines.  If you have concerns about gathering, we will be providing a virtual alternative where the meeting will be live-streamed via Zoom. Whether in person or virtually, we will be facing the HR landscape together!

Bill Bryan, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of the Bryan Group (TBG), LLC. TBG provides business and education sector clients with talent and performance management services. A particular area of focus is leader development and the provision of executive search services for top leaders.

Bill is a former military officer and clinical psychologist who worked with children, adolescents, and families and consulted to schools. He has worked as a performance improvement consultant with a dozen Fortune 500 companies, the military, non-profits, and educational organizations, to include schools and districts in 14 states.
