    Reno Area June Breakfast Meeting:

How Do You Attract, Retain & Motivate the Talent You Need to Succeed?
    Reward Performance Appropriately

    Seminar Description

How appropriately an organization defines, measures, manages and rewards performance will have a significant impact on the workforce effectiveness. Each organization must formulate a strategy that is a good fit with its values and management philosophy. Programs must be developed that are integrated with the strategy and that contribute to meeting objectives. And programs must be administered in a manner that leads to employee acceptance that they are competitive, equitable and appropriate. Join us with Bob Greene of Pontifex as we delve into ways to make our organizations successful through their people.

    Learning Objectives

    1. Understand that rewarding performance must be done in a manner that fits the organization and its workforce.
    2. Know about alternative strategies and programs that can be used to manage and reward performance for different types of work and workers.
    3. Be able to select strategies and develop programs that fit one's organization.
