Workshop 3: "Accelerate Your Impact: Strategies and Tools to Effectively Influence Others"

Do you often feel challenged by getting the C-Suite to support the talent development and employee engagement efforts that you undertake in your organizations? Most of us in the HR field know the challenge of helping the C-Suite recognize the value of, much less take ownership over, these types of initiatives, which is critical to their accomplishment.  Success in our roles, therefore, requires the ability to use a strategic and systematic process to successfully influence others, which is what this session will address. Specifically, you will learn a five-step process and use three simple, powerful tools that will help you effectively prepare for and facilitate influence conversations, thereby enabling you to garner the executive support you need to execute initiatives that have lasting organizational impact.
