Workshop 2: "Organizational Development and Change Management"

Successful Workforce Planning can increase profits and efficiencies/value of an organization. HR Partners play an important role in this process, as they bring detailed workforce knowledge to the table. With a clear understanding of the business requirements, they can translate the needs for the future, which can drive better workforce decisions. To maximize benefits and minimize negative consequences, workforce decisions that are complex or have a high impact should be made using a systematic approach, which can be influenced by HR Partners.

    This workshop will:

    • Help HR Partners succeed when presenting decision-makers with information
    • Provide an overview of Workforce Planning and examples of decisions associated with it
    • Outline how HR Partners can effectively define a decision needed, gather information,
    • Identify alternatives, present the information, communicate and implement the decision, and monitor results
