Unfortunately, asking an employee on their last day, “Why are you leaving?” doesn’t provide useful information in time to prevent the turnover. Engagement or “stay” interviews helps us to understand why employees stay, so that those important factors can be reinforced. Steve Blackhall, will present some best practices for designing, implementing and building action plans on Engagement Interviews, and why the information captured now, is so much more beneficial than after an employee decides it’s time to bail.
