Cathy Norris is a speaker, coach, and trainer who helps senior level executives and team leaders build trust, break down silos, and boost communication skills with measurable results. Drawing on her 20+ years of working with companies from AT&T to Walmart, Cathy integrates her experience as a former global Learning and Development manager in high tech with leading research on neuroscience and emotional intelligence.
She holds an M.A. in Education, completed Ph.D. studies in Instructional Technology from Indiana University, and earned two emotional intelligence certifications.
